Do Adults Know Best?

Young People Wanted For ëYouth Think Tankí

The e-Learning Foundation, an educational charity, is making an appeal for young people to attend its ëYouth Think Tankí day in Central London this Thursday 10 November 2005 to ëhave their sayí on how technology can be best used for teaching and learning.

The action packed day will include hands on activities and some fun learning experiences. ìThis is a chance for kids to let us know exactly how, why and where computers can help them in their studies,î explained Simone Enefer-Doy, fundraising director, e-Learning Foundation.

ìTechnology is their future and it is important they can help shape the way it is presented in the best way to help them learn,î added Enefer-Doy, who is looking for children in the age group 9 to 16 to attend.

The results of the day will be sent through to Ruth Kelly, the Education Secretary and other decision makers for their consideration.

Anyone interested in attending should call 01372 824539.
