de Poel launch new product to significantly increase agency revenue and protect temporary workers

de Poel has today announced the launch of TempSureô, a membership club for temporary workers

de Poel, the UKís leading vendor neutral consultants, has today announced the launch of TempSureô, a membership club for temporary workers. The companyís latest product provides dual benefits for both temporary workers and recruitment agencies and is set to make a huge impact on the sector.

By putting together a package of benefits including discounted rates on personal accident, motor, home and travel insurance as well as free legal advice and a discounted directory enquiry line, de Poel is helping temporary workers to protect themselves against legal exposure and save money.

de Poelís vendor neutral position and its relationship with more than 750 recruitment agencies across the UK has enabled the company to secure exclusive rates on a range of benefits as part of the offering, unobtainable by individuals or indeed recruitment agencies.

Matthew Sanders, de Poelís CEO explains: ìde Poel is fully aware of the pivotal role played by temporary workers in so many industries and believes it is time to recognise and reward their contribution to the UKís economy. Temporary workers often miss out on the benefits enjoyed by permanent employees but we are delighted to be able to rectify this. By signing up to TempSureô temporary workers will receive fantastically discounted products and services for just a nominal weekly fee.î

More importantly though, as the credit crunch tightens and companies come under increased pressure to scrutinise their staff procurement costs, the impact on recruitment agencies will be considerable.

Not only will agencies need to face the unremitting challenges of attracting good quality temporary workers but they will need to a quickly adapt to the uncertain economic outlook by looking at new streams of revenue.

Agencies that sign up to TempSureô and subscribe their workers to the scheme will automatically receive an extra source of income. The more workers they sign up to TempSureô, the more money they will receive, benefitting both their temps and their available cashflow significantly.

As TempSureô grows and more temps sign up, de Poel plan to expand the product, adding further benefits and enhancing the package for agencies and temporary workers alike.
