AcqHire includes five integrated components critical to the selection process: success profiles, screening and testing, interviewing, simulations and on-boarding.

AcqHire incorporates Targeted Selection, DDIís established behavior-based interviewing system, and TS: Access, a software system that automates the creation of online interview guides and data integration. AcqHireís screening and testing technologies narrow the pool of candidates with customizable tests that are based on the competencies of the job. Simulations reveal how candidates will perform in real world situations, while providing them with a realistic preview of the job.
Interview training is also offered by an on-the-job electronic coaching and development system to ensure that interviewers are able to conduct efficient and legally defensible interviews.
Once a candidate has been selected for the job, AcqHireís on-boarding component helps managers create a custom development guide for new hires, based on the information gathered during the interview process and what they need to be successful in the job.
