David Kimmelman, former director of recruitment services for Brassring Inc., joins AIRS as its new vice president of career transition solutions. Kimmelman has over 15 years of experience in the human capital industry and was most recently with Brassring Inc. and Lee Hecht Harrison, where he held senior business development positions in their recruitment outsourcing and outplacement businesses, respectively.
At Brassring, Inc. Kimmelman created and sold its outsourced recruiting services offering. He developed go-to-market strategies with sales and marketing teams, managed recruiting teams across the country, and consistently exceeded sales goals. Prior to joining Brassring, Inc., Kimmleman was vice president of business development at Lee Hecht Harrison. There, he led brand-awareness marketing efforts and was responsible for creating and closing new business with companies ranging in size from $50 Million to $11 billion in annual revenues. Kimmelman has also held several positions in human resources, including recruiter, consultant and vice president.

He has studied management at Northeastern University in Burlington, MA and is also an active member of his community, coaching his three daughters in youth soccer and basketball, and he is currently campaigning for a seat on his cityís school board.
