CVs on www.jobs.cz now offered on a ìpay per contactî basis ñ the only jobsite in the CEE region to do so.

Pay only after you find it. This highly customer-friendly principle is the basis of the new service offered by www.jobs.cz, focusing on the elite of the Czech labour market. Its CV database is indisputably the largest such resource on the Czech internet market. Even now, it contains over 40,000 active CVs with hundreds more added each day. After registering free of charge, recruiters can look for resumes themselves, using a fulltext search engine or specific criteria (field, profession, locality, experience, languages spoken etc....) Contacts for selected candidates can then be ordered directly from the company account. The price for individual contacts ranges from 30 cents to 3 EUR.

Another possibility is to bring an ìagentî into the search. If your company has a job offering posted on www.jobs.cz , recruiters can use a service that automatically filters and sorts potential candidates according to set criteria. This select group can then be contacted through a direct mailing with costs starting at 30 cents for 1 mail, which is also part of the service.

It can be expected that the service will rapidly gain popularity, especially because it allows employers to look free of charge at the CVs of prospective candidates ìon the jobì: those not actively searching for a new post or reading job advertisements, but who would not turn down the right new job offering. During its trial run, the database was used by two-thirds of the clients of LMC, the company that operates jobs.cz, and the frequency of search operations rose by over 100 percent.
