"This is a really positive set of results this month which shows a real indication of improvement in the jobs market. With the fourth consecutive month of increase in permanent staff placements, and temp billings increasing for the sixth month running, there is a clear trend towards things picking up. We are seeing a lot of demand in the IT, construction and engineering sectors as critical business projects continue to be driven through. And while still not back to pre-2007 levels, these results indicate that the market is becoming more candidate led again."
