Comensura, the UK's market leader in the procurement and management of indirect services, has launched version 4.1 of its proprietary web-based procurement platform, Comensura.net (C.net). The latest version provides enhanced customer-facing features to give users greater autonomy and to deliver greater efficiency. All new features are based on feedback from a recent customer satisfaction survey and will run across the complete family of C.net products: C.net Contingent, C.net Recruit and C.net Facilitate.
ìWe are continually reviewing and updating our software to ensure it meets our customersí needs,î explains Mike Trevor, CEO of Comensura. ìWe listen very closely to what our customers tell us and the improvements in 4.1 reflect the feedback we have received.î
Enhancements to C.net include:
Direct control of assignment extensions, rather than requests needing to go through the Comensura help desk.
Extended Client/Admin rights to give more control over changing order approvers, order approval style and timesheet approvers.
Alerts when order duration days are exceeded to support new legislation on hire periods for temporary workers.
Ability to carry out duplicate orders from a template to make the ordering process quicker and easier.
Retrospective checking of auto-approved timesheets to give greater control of expenditure.
Timesheet resubmissions – eliminating the need for separate communication with the timesheet approver.
SMS messaging to minimise interview ëno shows.í
Communications page to keep users up to date with latest product features and system upgrades.
All the new features will be immediately available to existing customers at no extra cost.
