CIPHR, a HR software provider, announced today it will be providing South West Highways Limited (SWH) with a CIPHR solution to support its HR function.
SWH was set up in 1995 to help protect, develop and enhance Devonís infrastructure. It is one of the leading contractors in the region and is responsible for, among other things, maintaining Devonís vehicles, highways and bridges.
Looking for a more efficient HR system than the manual version that was in use at the time, SWH began its relationship with CIP in autumn 2005. It became clear to the personnel manager, Jenny Warren, that an alternative solution was required to help her and the rest of the personnel team, responsible for over 500 staff, work effectively.

SWH has selected a number of robust CIPHR solutions including Ciphr People, CIPHR Training and CIPHR Recruitment.
