Changeworknow, online resourcing solutions provider, has appointed Anil Aphale as Business Development Manager. With over 10 years experience of consulting and selling talent management software and applicant tracking systems Anil brings a wealth of sales experience and industry knowledge and will be responsible for new client acquisition and retention. Anilís former roles include Head of Sales at Peoplebank and he has worked with key organisations such as Christies, Barclays Bank, Safeway and BHS.
