Changes in demographics create the conditions of a perfect storm that will not just hit the US, but now the entire world now it has become a single labour market. Issues may be similar around the world, solutions are not. Jean-Louis Mutte, one of the speakers at this years Onrec European Online Recruitment Conference, will share initiatives and best practice from different countries with the delegates, and suggest some guiding principles to handle critical components such as competencies, knowledge, etc.
As a global people matters partner, Jean-Louis Mutte has more than 25 years of experience in Human Resources acquired from interactions within hi-tech and consultancy groups worldwide such as Xerox, Nixdorf Computer, Electronic Data Systems and Accenture. 
His responsibilities enabled him not only to handle global organizations, but research groups as well: HR Director for a vast geographical zone (Europe, the Middle East, Africa and India), HR Director for a Global Business Unit (Communications, Advanced Technologies, Media & Entertainment). He was also in charge of the organizational and strategic matters in Human Resources for the world leading consultancy group. His centres of interest surround strategy, Human Resource organisations and their skills, specific information systems, international groups and their management, as well as, all processes and phenomena linked to acquisitions, mergers, out-sourcing, spin-offs and project-team building.
He has a degree from the Ecole des Hautes Etudes Commerciales du Nord. In conclusion, he is an active member of the Human Resource community: professor of Human Resources (DESS MRH) at the University of Lille 1 and at the EDHEC (in the MBA program), as well as a member of the Advisory Committee for the first association for Human Resource professionals in the world, the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM Global Forum).
