Six CBSbutler recruiters ran the Brighton Brookes 10k on Sunday 15th November in aid of Help for Heroes, a charity that provides practical and direct support for wounded service personnel.
ìItís a particularly poignant charity for us as we are heavily involved in the defence sector. Also the boyfriend of the daughter of a staff member was recently injured – and one of his colleagues killed - whilst on duty on Afghanistan as part of the counter IED forceî said David Leyshon, Managing Director of CBSbutler.
The six runners: Joe Brown, Ed Jackson, Ed Bartlett, Greg Hunt, Rachel Mee and Phil Johnson raised just over 1,600, an amount which CBSbutler will be matching to make a total donation of 3,332.
