Capital H Group Acquires Lambert and Associates, Inc

Capital H Group, a rapidly expanding consulting firm headquartered in Chicago, has acquired Lambert and Associates, Inc., a Chicago-based diversity and inclusion consulting firm founded in 1986. Capital H Group, established three years ago, recently closed another round of private equity funding and is building a national consulting firm through acquisitions and organic growth to help companies create more valueóthrough their peopleófor better business results.

Lambert and Associates will operate as a division of Capital H Group. Lambert joins Capital H Group as the Principal of the Diversity and Inclusion national practice. Scott Hoesman and Brian Sorge will also join Capital H Group and continue to lead client engagements for the division. Lambert’s team of associates will be leveraged to deliver the same exceptional service that clients have come to appreciate and expect.
