Candidate Manager appoints John Deacon to Business Development Manager

Recruitment software company, Candidate Manager, a leading provider of e‑recruitment software solutions, has appointed John Deacon as Business Development Manager to the northern region of England.

As Business Development Manager, John will aim to expand Candidate Manger’s cutting edge e-recruitment solutions service throughout northern England by partnering with new clients and moving into new markets.

John joins Candidate Manager from a role as Corporate Accounts Director at Regus, where he evaluated strategies that supported business expansion on both a national and international basis. Prior to this he was Senior Accounts Directors role at Reed. John began his career at Impact Universal as a Business Development Manager, and also held a similar role in Ceridian software, where his focus lay on large corporate clients.

John has more than 10 years’ experience in sales, in both business development and account management.
