Since its inception seven years ago, Call Centre Associates has enjoyed continued success in the call centre recruitment market

Call Centre Associates, a recruitment consultancy dedicated to placing middle and senior management and all levels of resource planning professionals in call centres, is sticking to its Ilford roots as it doubles the size of its business accommodation in an office move that takes it from Clements Court to a fully serviced, purpose-built facility in Becketts House, Ilford Hill. Call Centre Associates will be open for business from its new premises on Monday 31 July 2006.

Since its inception seven years ago, Call Centre Associates has enjoyed continued success in the call centre recruitment market, providing recruitment solutions nationally for an increasing number of clients from its Essex base.

ìWith three focussed recruitment teams and growing staff numbers, we needed much bigger premises in order to continue to move our business forward and meet our ambitious growth targets,î explains Steve Usher, co-founder and director, Call Centre Associates. ìOur new premises give us that extra space and also enable us to upgrade our telecoms and technology infrastructure to suit our needs better. And, being spread across one floor compared to the three floors we shared previously, means that communication internally will be much more effective. From an operational standpoint alone, this will be far more conducive to sharing information and discussing assignments that should, in turn, make us work much smarter for our clients.î

He continued, ìIlfordís proximity to London and to the main road, rail and air networks makes it an ideal location for us since we serve clients nationally. We have also always been lucky enough to attract a high calibre of staff for our own business whilst based here.î
