This new group proceeding from the alliance between Cadremploi, Keljob and Explorimmo, three leaders on the employment, training and real estate markets, is the first French actor in online classifieds, and it is eager to become a European leader. This alliance is approved by powerful industrial and financial shareholders such as the Figaro Group, Banexi Ventures Partners and Crdit Agricole Private Equity.
With 250 staff, this new group is the first actor in the French online employment and training market and the second one in online new and old real estate. Through more than 700,000 ads, all the group websites account for 3.4 million single visitors, 8.8 million visits and more than 70 million pages are viewed (Source: Xiti). Combined turnover for Cadremploi, Keljob and Explorimmo amounted to more than Ä 26 M in 2005. These three companies are booming and profitable.
The new group relies on a ìmultiple-brandî approach and complementary models:
1. Media websites (Cadremploi, Cmonjob, Webcible, Public-RH, Explorimmo, ExplorimmoneufÖ);
2. Meta-search engines (Keljob, KelformationÖ).
This alliance which will be finalized by August 31st, is the first step in the Groupís ambitious strategy. It seeks to thrive both in France and abroad, either in an organic way and/or through acquisitions. It can count on powerful industrial and financial shareholders that have been supporting these three companies for a long time: the Figaro Group through its advertisement department, Banexi Ventures Partners, Crdit Agricole Private Equity, employment specialists (Siccer, SicceÖ), real estate professionals (PortimmoÖ), and Le Monde Publicit.
The new board of trustees will be chaired by Pierre Conte (Publiprint Chairman). The Groupís board of directors will be managed by Cyril Janin and Thibaut Gemignani, respectively Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chief Operational Officer (COO). Stphane Scarella will be real estate department manager.
Cazenove got involved as an advisory firm, assisting the three companies and their main shareholders in the framework of this alliance.
