Buck Consultants to Provide Employee Benefit Services for FormTech Industries

Buck Consultants, an ACS company and one of the worldís human resource and benefits consulting firms, announced today that it has been selected by FormTech Industries LLC to provide an array of employee benefit services.

FormTech Industries was established in March 2006 by acquiring the North American forging operations of Metaldyne Corporation. FormTech has approximately 1,000 employees and is North Americaís largest independent provider of automotive forgings.

Buck Consultants will provide benefit transition consulting, as the retirement and health and welfare programs covering FormTechís employees are transitioned from Metaldyne Corporation to FormTech Industries. Buck will also provide ongoing actuarial, administrative, and employee benefit consulting services for FormTech.
