Bta Sales Recruitment has recently invested in cutting edge online recruitment CRM software delivered by Chameleoni, in an attempt to streamline the UK arm of the business

Bta Sales Recruitment has recently invested in cutting edge online recruitment CRM software delivered by Chameleoni, in an attempt to streamline the UK arm of the business. The implementation of the system, which took place in January, was a smooth transition and now, two months in, the new technology appears to be delivering results on a daily basis.

Ian Harwood, UK director at bta commented, ‘initial impressions of Chameleoni suggest it is fast becoming a worthwhile investment. Despite requiring consultants to adjust to the functionality of the new system, its ease in adoption has provided more organisation and flexibility in their work. Another huge benefit to bta is that it will save them a significant amount of time in what is a busy daily schedule’. Harwood added, ‘I’m delighted with the system thus far and hope to see this reflected in productivity across the office’.

Graham Bridle, creator and architect of the Chameleoni software stated,’ Chameleoni are delighted that bta, the UK's leading sales recruitment specialist has selected the Chameleoni recruitment software to underpin their aggressive growth plans. We are excited at the prospect of supporting bta with their growth plans and look forward to a long partnership. Bridle continued, ‘following an extensive evaluation Chameleoni was chosen because of its advanced functionality all delivered through a web browser’.

The system has been an overwhelming success and bta are looking at the possibly of introducing Chameleoni throughout their international offices. With bta growing as a business across the UK, the system has the ability to handle additional users, interact with other valuable recruitment tools and improve the effectiveness of its staff.

Bta are constantly investing in new ways to become more efficient as an organisation and with the implementation of such software, this has been possible. Harwood suggested, ‘the increase in the size of the team has not affected the system and with our aggressive growth plans for 2011, we have every faith the system will be a long term part of the business’.
