Brintons Carpets chooses ResourceLink

Brintons Carpets Ltd has signed a multi-year contract with Northgate HR, for its ResourceLink HR and payroll solution.

Following a phased implementation of core HR and payroll, self service will be rolled out to Brintons Carpetsí 1250 employees. Employees will be able to manage their own affairs by recording sickness and booking holidays online, in place of traditional paper based processes.

The contract will enable the company to automate many current manual tasks, reduce duplication, and provide improved management information, saving time and increasing efficiency.
