Bray Leino has won a four-way pitch to launch professional staffing recruitment consultancy Barclay Meade - part of the AIM-listed technical recruitment agency Matchtech.
The campaign will establish Barclay Meade as the leading specialist recruiter in the fields of accounting and finance; financial services; human resources; sales; marketing, communications and e-commerce; procurement, supply chain and logistics; and executive search.
Spear-headed by managing director Nigel Lynn, Barclay Meade has created a 60-strong team consisting of some of the recruitment industry’s top talent. Its executive search team, headed by James Hartshorn, also includes former England rugby international Jon Sleightholme as head of its sport and leisure practice.
With offices in London, Southampton, St Albans and Aberdeen, Barclay Meade specialises in providing sector expertise and knowledge in interim, temporary, contract, permanent and executive recruitment.
Nigel Lynn says: “We have the ambitious goal of establishing Barclay Meade as the country’s leading specialist recruitment consultancy within its first 12 months. It was clear when we met Bray Leino they had the right set of skills to help us on our journey towards being recognised as a trusted, long-term business partner and ally for our clients and candidates through a concerted programme of thought leadership activity.”
Roberta Fuke, managing director of Bray Leino PR, adds: “Launching a business can be tough, but working with a new organisation that is borne out of a company like Matchtech with a 25-year track record and made up of experienced recruiters that are prepared to air strong opinions to get themselves noticed is actually a challenge to be relished.
“We are looking forward to seeing the Barclay Meade business flourish and its voice becoming increasingly heard and respected in both its industry sectors and the national business press.”
