Based in BrassRingís European headquarters in Amsterdam, Oberman is responsible for driving European sales for the Companyís Enterprise talent management solution and Full Lifecycle Recruitment Outsourcing offering, developing long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key customers.

Oberman joins the BrassRing team with more than twenty years of experience in IT sales and management in cross-cultural business environments. Previously, he served as CEO for NewWorld Ventures, Inc., a start-up based in Atlanta, GA, where he managed both direct and indirect sales on behalf of its European parent companies and investors. Prior to NewWorld Ventures, Oberman was the director of sales for Syntellect LLC., where he developed and implemented a proactive sales strategy for its speech-enabled Voice Portal Applications in the Benelux region. Oberman also held various international sales and marketing management positions with AT&T, British Telecom and IBM where he was part of the team that initiated the companyís involvement in business process outsourcing services.
