Bond International Software Seal 2m Contract Extension with Hays Resource Management

Bond International Software, the specialist provider of software for the international recruitment and human resources industries, with operations in the UK, USA and Australia, is pleased to announce that Hays Resource Management, part of Hays plc, the UKís largest publicly listed recruitment group, has decided to renew their existing contract in a deal worth 2 million over a 3 year period.

Bond supplies Adapt software to Hays Resource Management, who have over the course of many years configured it to their specific requirements and offered it to their client base as part of a managed Recruitment Process Outsourcing service under the name HaysWorkflow.

Hays undertook a review to ensure that they had a ìbest of breedî system to support both their existing clients and their strategy for future expansion globally. After five months of detailed analysis of specialist recruitment software in the US, Europe and the UK, Hays concluded that HaysWorkflow was still the right choice to enable them to meet their business targets. The review praised the productís completeness of functionality, highlighting its development and configuration facilities as well as its Temporary Worker Management function.

Last year, Hays filled over 160,000 temporary and permanent specialist jobs with over 30,000 employers. Currently 26 Hays Resource Management clients in the UK and Australasia, leading edge public and private sector organisations, interface with Bondís technology via HaysWorkflow.
