Following the recent acquisition of HR software provider TeamSpirit Software and almost doubling client activity, Bond International Software today announces the strategic promotion of Toby Conibear and Paul McCarthy to the respective roles of Sales Director and Client Services Director and Neil Lagden to Head of Bond Payroll Services.
Conibear and McCarthy will form part of the Bond UK board with direct responsibility for growing core elements of the business and championing improvements in the companyís operational plans.
With over 30 yearsí experience, London stock market-listed Bond International Software plc is a global provider of recruitment and human capital management software and services. In recognition of its aggressive business growth, Bond opted to elevate Conibear and McCarthy in order to broaden the Bond UK board and ensure all areas of the business are sufficiently represented.
As Sales Director, Conibear will be directly responsible for new business sales across the entire Bond product portfolio whereas as Client Services Director McCarthy will have full responsibility for project and account management, application design and customer training. In their new positions, both parties will be given a wider global remit to deliver strategic input and push for increased growth of market share in the recruitment and HR technology industry. Lagden, previously Sales Manager at Bond, will be responsible for the operation and development of the Payroll bureaux and will be instrumental in growing this arm of the business to become a significant outsourcing services provider in the UK. Bond Payroll Services has been created by combining the existing Bond Payroll Bureau with the recently acquired Headcount Services.
