Bond International Software, of Goring, West Sussex, today announces a new contract with BA Connect. The deal, which was signed on 28th July 2006, is to supply their market leading Adapt Workforce Management system.

BA Connect contacted Bond in January 2006 because of their expertise in providing web-based applicant tracking solutions and their proven track record within the aviation sector. They needed an online application tool to manage their flight crew, cabin services and engineering applicants as their current recruitment process was cumbersome and slow, expensive to run and required extensive resources to manage the process.
Bond were awarded the contract primarily due to the flexibility of their technology, and their ability to tailor the solution to meet BA Connectís exact requirements. The overall service to be provided by Bond is also another important factor, especially during roll-out of the system, where Bond will partner with BA Connect to ensure that the system gives maximum benefit and functionality.
BA Connect is a comparatively new regional airline operating on key domestic and European routes. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of British Airways, itself one of the largest and most successful airlines in the world. Operating over 2,000 flights a week, BA Connect employ approximately 2,500 people at bases in Manchester, Birmingham, Bristol, Edinburgh, Inverness and the Isle of Man.
