Bond brims with success after signing water company

Things are going swimmingly for staffing software producers Bond International Software Plc after a water company became the latest organisation to sign its world-leading Adapt Applicant Tracking Software.



Southern Water, headquartered in Worthing, treats and recycles dirty water from nearly two million households across Kent, Sussex, Hampshire and the Isle of Wight. It has approximately 104 water supply works collecting and treating water before it is used, and 390 wastewater treatment works recycling the water so that it can be returned to the environment. The organisation is also responsible for delivering clean fresh water to around one million households in the South East of England.

Southern Water has recently agreed to deploy Bondís powerful web-based Adapt system to manage their online recruitment process - including access for job candidates, human resources and line managers.

Bond, also headquartered in Worthing, West Sussex, has an impressive and highly diverse client list spanning 40 countries.
