Board Appointments Signal New Growth Phase at In2Vista

New sales & marketing director and non-executive directors ëprovide vote of confidence in the businessí ñ recruitment services specialist sets ëambitious targetsí

Having rapidly established a unique position in the recruitment and business-to-business services marketplace, leading Digital Video Interviewing specialist, In2Vista Ltd, has made several major board-level appointments to spearhead the companyís next phase of growth.

Sales & marketing director
Rob Connell has been appointed to this new role, with the responsibility of driving the companyís sales and marketing strategy moving forward. He joins from France Telecom, where his last role was managing director for Wanadoo, based in Madeira, and his earlier career included spells at Dixons Stores Group, CompuServe and, more recently Chello Broadband, as product marketing director.

Non-executive directors
In2Vista has also strengthened the board with the addition of two new non-executive directors.

Formerly with Scottish Re, Clear Channel and Blockbuster, international HR director, Debbie Percy brings with her a wealth of recruitment, media and general management experience. Joining her is Sean Dexter, founder of Spice Telecom, one of Indiaís most successful mobile telephone operators. Dexter has a strong academic, military and business background and will bring his expertise to bear especially in the area of corporate governance.
