Beyond.com, Inc. Launches New Service

Beyond.com, Inc., the niche career network for business professionals, launched a new service to assist employers with the extraction and distribution of job postings. The new service, known as JADS, offers a powerful set of interfaces for the aggregation and distribution of employer job postings across an unlimited variety of sources and destinations. The end result is to allow employers to save time and money by eliminating multiple steps and work associated with the reposting of jobs across multiple distribution channels.

In delivering this service, Beyond.com utilizes leading-edge job scraping and wrapping technology which allows jobs to be easily extracted from employersí job sites, internal recruiting systems, and public job boards. Jobs are then distributed to appropriate job boards across the Beyond.com Network, as well as other external private and public job boards specified by the employer. A standard XML format is provided; however custom formats are also supported.
