Leading retail training and field marketing specialist Beyond The Box, is in the process of rolling out a retail training package for major retail group DSGi – a contract worth in excess of million.

Beyond The Box is tasked with delivering DSGiís latest programme, which involves staff undergoing intensive product knowledge and sales skills coaching on areas such as; Vision, Audio, Major Domestic Appliances, Computing, Sat Navs, Communications and Imaging, in order to assist the consumer decision making process.

With the initiative due to finish at the end of November 2009, a landmark figure of 500 retail staff have already successfully completed the rigorous training programme.
