The iNbiz Employer of Choice Award, presented by the National Housing Federation and judged by the residents of not-for-profit housing associations, will go to the association which can demonstrate the most outstanding commitment to its employees.
The winner will be announced by the comedian and actress Ruby Wax at a gala ceremony at Birminghamís ICC on Thursday 15 September.
Now in its second year, the prestigious iNbiz Awards scheme celebrates the achievements of housing associations and their residents as part of the National Housing Federationís iN business for neighbourhoods programme.
Last yearís iNbiz Employer of Choice was London and Quadrant Housing Group for its íOur Peopleí programme. The initiative includes an annual awards-scheme for staff; an attractive benefits package; online induction for new employees; extensive family-friendly and age-positive policies; and training for school-leavers, graduates and the over-55s.
