Berkeley Scott Group announces Senior HR Appointment

The Berkeley Scott Group is delighted to announce the appointment of Lisa Martin as Training and Development Manager for the Group.

A wealth of experience
Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge to Berkeley Scott, having had over twelve years experience in both training and recruitment.

Her previous role was as Training and Development Manager for Carlisle Staffing Services, training, coaching and mentoring staff from Director level down. Prior to that she held the position of National Account Development Manager for Blue Arrow Ltd.

Lisa joins Berkeley Scott at a key stage of the companyís development. Having completed a flotation on Aim, Berkeley Scott now plans to create an enhanced platform for growth and expansion into a broader range of service orientated sectors.

The company has also embarked on an ambitious internal training and development programme and is committed to extensive further training for all employees throughout the company in order to ensure improved personal development as well as performance enhancement.

With all regional offices demonstrating sustained growth and a focused internal recruitment drive already underway, Lisa is greatly looking forward to the exciting challenges ahead:
