beRecruiter Services releases ’Simple Application 1.0’ for hourly-paid Workforce

beRecruiter Services, Inc., the web-based Applicant Tracking System provider that lets you Recruit, Hire, Integrate and Manage your applicants, candidates and new hires - all from one place, has recently released their Simple Application 1.0 module. It was developed for customers that hire large amounts of hourly-paid workers on an on-going basis. Simple Application 1.0 is available as an option for the beRecruiter platform.

A world-class outsourcing provider is currently using Simple Application 1.0. Prior to Simple Application 1.0, this company was not receiving as many online applications due to a lengthier online application. This left them no option but to revert back to traditional methods of sourcing such as receiving resumes via email. This method, unfortunately, clogged their Inboxes and was not a good practice for companies with IT departments actively trying to control network hard drive space. It also did not offer the HR management the tracking capabilities that are necessary in an outsourcing business.

With Simple Application, a candidate who normally took 5 minutes to complete an online application for employment now takes less than a minute (an 80% reduction in time-to-fill application). Immediately after Simple Application 1.0ís implementation, the number of online applications for this company had increased by 53%. This new module, in combination with a recruiting landing website was produced in less then 2 weeks via beRecruiterís proprietary Design Customizer tool. Together, the solution has helped speed up their recruiting drive. Now, HR reports can be created by management and recruiters will have many features at their disposal such as full-text search (within the attached PDF and MS Word documents), location filtering, and more.
