BCD Travel, a world leader in business travel management, has selected NGA Human Resources (NGA HR) as its UK payroll solutions provider. This project continues a well-established partnership that has been in place between the two companies for over 13 years in which BCD Travel had been using an NGA HR legacy payroll solution, Empower.
BCD Travel and NGA HR had recently undergone a review of the Empower Payroll solution and felt NGA HR’s flagship product, NGA ResourceLink, better met the changing needs of BCD Travel. ResourceLink was designed to help businesses across all sectors take control of their payroll processes and delivers important business benefits such as increased efficiency, time savings and the ability to easily eliminate duplications.
Given the nature of its global business, BCD Travel was keen to implement a more robust and compliant payroll solution, complemented by comprehensive support. It was also looking for a future proof solution that was based on a SaaS model to ensure that NGA HR would continue to provide the support BCD Travel needed. Furthermore, having a SaaS solution installed would enable BCD Travel to have a cost effective and transparent service, with seamless and easy access. Important safeguards would also be in place for business continuity and disaster recovery, ensuring the payroll solution was protected in an increasingly complex and challenging business environment, taking any worries away from BCD Travel and allowing them to focus on providing a consistently reliable payroll service to its employees.
