Driven by the need for highly specialist technical skills in the UK labour market, ARRK Recruitment is expanding its recruitment operations to Poland.
In order to provide the required focus on this market, two new Polish recruiters have been brought on board ñ Marek Nadolnik and Eliza Mlodnicka. Marek is new to recruitment with a background in music and teaching but his excellent interpersonal skills have facilitated his efficient integration within the recruitment team. Eliza is an experienced recruiter in the assembly and management of teams of skilled Polish workers on assignments across Western Europe.
ARRK Recruitment has applied to join the British Polish Chamber of Commerce (BPCC) to demonstrate commitment to the building of mutually beneficial business relationships between the two countries. Their first joint event is the participation in the British-Polish Recruitment Fair and Conference organized by the BPCC in the city of Rzeszow on 20-21 October 2006.
