Arithon (www.arithon.com) has partnered
with leading software VoIP PBX provider
3CX.
Arithon announced today that it has joined the 3CX Partner program. 3CX
develops a full range of VoIP telephony software products for Windows which are
used in business environments globally.
Arithon, a market leading recruitment software provider will now be
offering the next generation IP PBXs by 3CX, which includes the latest Version
10 software. The company chose 3CX for its ease of use and low cost
implementation as well as the continued support it provides its partners.

leverage lower costs in communications provided by Voice over IP. This will
allow them to integrate seamlessly with Arithon, so as to enhance the service
our customers offer to their own customers, partners and candidates’ said

Voice over IP is becoming the standard in
voice communication due to its wide range of features and access to low cost
call routing. Previously the advanced features provided by VoIP were only
available to large companies, however with 3CX, a wide range of practical
time-saving features are available for FREE.
3CX has innovative features which include Android
and iPhone apps so as to ensure that users are always available. Through the
use of the assistant module (soon to be replaced with the MyPhone release in
version 10), users can integrate this 3CX application with their Arithon
database, which automatically provides pop-up information on the caller. Customer service personnel have greatly
benefited from rich features such as this as it allows for an increase in
productivity, whilst keeping the customer satisfied.
As recruiters spend significant amounts of
time on the phone, we believe that adopting 3CX will offer the opportunity to
