As a member of the Consortium, Arbita is committed to the development and promotion of a standard suite of XML specifications that enable e-business and the automation of human resources-related data exchanges.
Our preferred data exchange specification has been HR-XML based since 2001, said Arbitas CTO, Ed Haswell. The benefit to our customers is clear and we felt it was time to step forward and actively support the Consortiums mission.
