Arbita joins HR-XML Consortium

Arbita, a provider of global recruitment strategy and jobs cross posting solutions, is pleased to announce its affiliation with the HR-XML Consortium. As a member of the Consortium, Arbita is committed to the development and promotion of a standard suite of XML specifications that enable e-business and the automation of human resources-related data exchanges.

Our preferred data exchange specification has been HR-XML based since 2001, said Arbitas CTO, Ed Haswell. The benefit to our customers is clear and we felt it was time to step forward and actively support the Consortiums mission. Haswell continued, We offer our years of technology leadership experience in the recruitment industry; we expect that active participation in an organization representing the thought leadership in HR data exchange standards will accelerate Arbitas ability to integrate boegrate both efficiently and flexibly with customers and business partners.
