Antal International launches new work-life balance initiative

.

Antal International, the specialist EMEA, CEE and China recruitment specialist has laid claim to what it says is a ìkiller franchiseî. Antal has been a finalist for three consecutive years in the BFA Franchisor of the Year awards, with 13 company owned offices, 50 franchised offices in 26 countries, they are becoming one of the fastest growing executive recruitment franchise operations outside North America, has collaborated on a new home working franchise operation called iworkLife, which it is launching across the UK this week.

iworkLife, is a recruitment franchise network that gives individuals the opportunity to manage their own recruitment operation from their homes. It is aimed at individuals looking for a more flexible way of working, and will train and provide on-going support to franchisees. The initiative addresses the growing need in the UK and Europe to develop a high value franchise operation for individuals looking for a different way of balancing work and personal commitments, working towards a work-life balance.

ìThe scope and potential for this operation is enormous,î says Kevin Cox, Managing Director of Antal International. ìWe are targeting women returning to work, professionals in career transition phase, carers and other individuals who want to grow a business from scratch with full training and support provided.î

Claire Dossett, Founder and Managing Director of iworkLife created the concept after having her first child, and realised the potential for other women with young children to be part of the same network. She was rapidly able to build a working recruitment practice from her home, generate a significant income and raise a family.

ìDespite government initiatives, thousands of people with specific skills are ëset asideí each year. Talented people, with real skills, experience and a proven track record are reduced to choosing between a full-time job or being a full-time parent or carer. The iworkLife solution enables these talented individuals to re-engage with the business community and lead more fulfilling and commercially productive lives.î

ìI have found a solution which works incredibly well. I am able to watch my family grow, work within my local community and can really feel a sense of fulfilment,î concludes Claire.
