Mr Valentine has a number of years in the Staffing Solutions business dealing purely with in-house recruitment solutions for clients. After finishing a Post Graduate Degree in Human Resources specialising in Organisational Change Management he went on to manage in-house staffing solutions within the Banking and Telecommunications before shifting into the Construction Industry.
He also has large-scale recruitment software implementation and project management experience, involving recruitment agency supply chain management and recruitment process change management.
