At that time he ran an industrial desk for a national recruitment company in Hampshire and discovered his natural talent for the employment sector. Increasing his margin year on year and at one point having the highest percentage margin in the company, he supplied candidates to major firms throughout the South. Swiftly promoted to Operations Manager, Sean continued his excellent performance by increasing cross-selling and utilising the office network to fully maximise fill rates.
