The recruitment website Pracuj.pl has been using Responsys Interact, a new email marketing system, which enables to adjust the released contents to the ìuserís life cycleî within the website. Implementation of the latest system results from collaboration of Grupa Pracuj and Responsys Ltd, an American corporation.
The Responsys Interact system is a tool provided for email marketing based upon the userís life cycle within the website. Actually, such an email marketing is not a simple distribution of advertisements aimed at the particular target group. These days it is necessary to match up the message to a certain user in order to make the contents and the moment the messages reach the user meet his/ her expectations.
The most significant functionality of the Responsys Interact system is its ability of advanced personalization of messages sent to the users basing on the demographic and behavioral data. The system ìmemorizesî all previous behaviors of the user registered in the website and adjusts the content and type of the messages to be sent.
The Responsys Interact features advanced functionalities, which allow to track emailing efficiency. Owing to this option, you can easily test and optimize creations and monitor conversion as well. Moreover, basing upon the reports, the marketers are able to build up a profile of the user who got into interaction with a particular email and use this knowledge to prepare further campaigns (behavioral targeting).
The system can be easily extended with new functionalities such as, for example, mobile marketing platform.
The survey carried out by Forrester Research Inc. in Q4 2007, shows that Responsys Ltd. takes a leading position among providers of email marketing solutions on the U.S. market. Grupa Pracuj is the first Polish customer of Resposnys Ltd. and has joined the circle of global organizations including AOL UK, General Motors, Ford and Lufthansa.
