Aligra Personnel appoint new manager

High street recruiter Aligra Personnel have appointed James Smith as Industrial Operations Manager for their new office in Swindon. Aligra Personnelís MD, Mark Neilson said ìJames will be responsible for developing the recently opened Swindon branch and with over 7 years recruitment experience, will make a significant contribution to Aligraís ambitious expansion plansî

Mark Neilson FREC (Fellow of the Recruitment and Employment Confederation ñ one of only 11 in Oxfordshire) MD, has been in recruitment for 17 years, the last 11 of which was for Pertemps Recruitment, the UKís largest privately owned agency with a turnover in excess of 240 million. His last role for the company was as Operations Director responsible for the Southern Region of Industrial and Commercial branches employing just under 100 staff.

Aligra Personnel is a high street recruitment agency supplying temporary and permanent staff to the Industrial, Driving and Office sectors with associated offices in South Africa and Poland. They opened for business in May 2007 in Abingdon, Oxfordshire. The business has an ambitious 10-year plan to open a network of branches throughout the UK.
