Alexander Mann Solutions tops the global market leader listings for Recruitment Process Outsourcing

Alexander Mann Solutions (AMS) has been named as the Global Market Leader in the Bakerís Dozen, an annual listing of the top 13 RPO providers by HRO Today. The expanding company was also recognised as the leader in breadth of services and was the only European company in the enterprise RPO providers list.

Findings indicate that RPO deals sizes are increasing, which reflects the development of the industry and the additional services being offered to clients. Over 90% of RPO buyers are seeing a high level of integration with their provider, as the outsourced teams become an extension of the internal staffing group. More than 80% feel their provider has improved their staffing function since outsourcing to them, while nine out of ten RPO buyers would recommend their provider to other organisations.
