AIRS and APS-SmartSearch Announce Partnership

Two leading recruiting industry service providers come together to offer integrated solution for sourcing and talent acquisition

AIRS, a company of The RightThing and the leader in recruitment training and technology, and Advanced Personnel Systems, Inc. (APS), a leader in talent acquisition management and recruiting business solutions, announced they have partnered to deliver customers an integrated environment for sourcing and processing candidates through AIRS SourcePoint and APS-SmartSearch system.

Under the agreement, APS-SmartSearch customers who use AIRS SourcePoint as their primary recruiting platform, can now seamlessly export their candidates into the SmartSearch database for building relationships, and managing further talent acquisition and staffing processes. The integration will be available on SmartSearchís Version 13 release in January 2009, and offers customers higher recruitment productivity and a cleaner transfer of candidate information.
