Oxford University Press is the largest university Press in the world, and recieves thousands of applications each year. Their initial system with Advorto was implemented to cut down on the high volume of manual data entry per vacancy and to streamline their recruitment process.

Phil Taylor, the Recruitment Manager at OUP says “After working with Advorto for the past three years, the success of the system is clear and the results have led to our decision for a continued relationship with them. Alongside a high level of support, Advorto have improved our recruitment processes and provided an effective tool for diversity monitoring.”

Advorto look forward to working with OUP over the next three years and into the future.

Advorto uses a forward-thinking, consultative approach to assist organisations, such as Center Parcs, Lloyds Banking Group, Microsoft and Virgin Trains to gain control over their recruitment process, allowing them to reduce time-to-hire and cost-per-hire. Unlike others systems, Advorto is a functionally-rich solution that can be deployed quickly and offers a fully customisable candidate experience.
