Advantage appoints Andrew Dyos to lead people and organisational development

Advantage today announced the appointment of Andrew Dyos as Director of Human Resources, Learning and Development

Advantage, a Morgan Stanley Group company, today announced the appointment of Andrew Dyos as Director of Human Resources, Learning and Development. The appointment reflects Advantageís commitment to invest in a high calibre team capable of leading and growing the business as a top UK lender.

Andrew will oversee HR and resourcing activities, staff development and training at Advantage. He will focus on helping staff develop their skills and ensure that Advantage continues to capitalise on its talent pool whilst cementing its status as a leading employer. Andrew will report directly to Mark Clarke, CEO of Advantage, and will oversee a team of HR and learning specialists.

Andrew has over 20 yearsí experience in changing, fast growing and regulated markets, having delivered results in a number of senior HR as well as operational service roles. Most recently he was HR Director at DSG Internationalís business to business mobile company where he established integrated leadership, development and HR strategies. Prior to joining DSGi, Andrew delivered exceptional increases in customer satisfaction whilst managing all of the customer service operations for O2ís business to business customers.
