Advantage announces expansion through Quantica Healthcare acquisition

Advantage Healthcare has today announced the acquisition of Quantica Healthcare in a move which is set to strengthen its position as one of the leading healthcare recruitment solutions providers in the UK.

The 4.5 million purchase will see Advantage Healthcare expand its portfolio of services, which currently include the provision of doctors, nurses, specialist nurses, allied healthcare professionals, carers, and support workers; to also include qualified social workers.

Keith Nurcombe, Operations Director of Advantage Healthcare, commented: ìI am delighted to confirm that subject to the formal approval of shareholders at Quanticaís EGM, it is expected that we will complete the acquisition of Quantica Healthcare in early November.î

Quantica Healthcareís eleven branches will also remain fully operational, and will compliment Advantage Healthcareís twenty six branches across the UK.
