SilkRoad technology, inc., a leading provider of talent management solutions, announced today that GreenLight, SilkRoad’s Learning Management System, has been validated by Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) as a SCORM 2004 4th Edition early adopter. SilkRoad is the first major LMS vendor to achieve this status.
SCORM 2004 4th Edition further extends the SCORM standards to give unprecedented control to content authors and learning managers over training. The 4th Edition increases course/LMS interoperability and adds a list of enhancements, which includes increased tracking information (e.g. overall student progress, objective scoring details) and the ability for activities to now share common data.
