Accurate Background, a leader in the background screening industry, is pleased to announce the addition of Naomi Sullivan as their new Vice President of Human Resources.
Sullivan has more than 20 years of experience in human resources leadership roles for large nationwide and global employers. During her career, she has led executive teams in global human resources planning, established productive and sustainable company cultures to promote high levels of employee morale, and dedicated her focus on effective communication methods and advancing talent development.
Prior to joining Accurate Background, Sullivan was the Vice President of Human Resources at Hines Horticulture, where she implemented strategies that led to the acquisition of key talent. In addition to Hines Horticulture, she was a Director of Human Resources at Broadcom Corporation, a global Fortune 500 organization with multiple locations worldwide that specializes in semiconductors for wired and wireless communications.
As Vice President of Human Resources at Accurate Background, Sullivan is responsible for leading the talent management efforts, designing and maintaining competitive total rewards and recognition, as well as the strategic planning of effective employee training and ongoing talent development.

Sullivan received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from California State University, Dominguez Hills.
