HRO Today's annual list of Top Screening and Assessment Providers is solely based on an anonymous client satisfaction survey of employers nationwide. The organizations surveyed consisted of large and small employers with both simple and complex background screening needs. According to HRO Today, the rankings are based on points assigned to each question in the survey plus a predetermined algorithm that calculates the overall score based on the breadth, scope and scale, and quality of services. This is the first year assessment firms were included on the list.
Employers that participated in the survey indicated that, in addition to exceptional support and accurate results, they look for a background screening organization that offers innovative technology and system integration solutions, quicker turnaround time, guidance on state and federal compliance, and global capabilities.
