The switch is scheduled to go live in August 2008 and a core project team of three from TVision will be involved with working hand in hand with The GRS Group to ensure this project will be a success. Working directly with the client are TVision Head of Operations Alexander Pappas and behind the scenes there will be a further two people from TVision working on the project. Prior to going live the GRS team will receive training from TVision and on-site support to ensure the transmission goes smoothly and to schedule.
