The Perms Connect concept started with the question Split Fees are a good idea so when 78% of recruiters say they would be pleased to participate in split fee transactions, why are they not used more? The answer was a combination of cost, complexity and trust.

Perms Connect allows unlimited posting of jobs and candidates for free. Its software does a lot of clever matching and automated communication and allows agencies to negotiate and record their agreed splits on the web site.
When that is done it invoices the client and collects the money and pays it out in the proportion agreed by the agencies (less a small fee).
