A for UKs top teacher job site

Eteach.com record half year trading figures up to the end of January 2005

Eteach.com, the teacher recruitment website, announced record half year trading figures up to the end of January 2005. January itself saw revenues of above 450,000 - 300% up on the same month in 2004.

Paul Howells CEO of Eteach.com confirmed;

ìFollowing the successful integration of last yearís acquisition, revenues have increased strongly in line with the volumes of teacher visitors and new clients.

Our site improvements and the widest choice of permanent and temporary jobs on offer, all contribute to the increasing numbers of teachers who visit the site regularly. For client schools and LEAs, Eteach is providing a wider exposure than press advertising proving that our cost-effective solution to teacher recruitment really works. Education sector advertisers are also now realising the benefits of promoting their products on such a high profile site - advertising revenues have more than doubled during the year to Jan 2005.î

Eteach.com attracted more than 7 million page views last month, over 230,000 unique visitors and a record number of teacher applications through the site. Eteach potentially have more than 50% of the UK teacher workforce looking at their site each month.

Eteach.com are also delighted to have reached the top ten (9th) in the Hitwise chart of the top UK employment sites for the first time - a tremendous feat for an independent niche jobsite.

With new developments such as www.FEjobs.com & www.Staff4Schools.com the Eteach group are ensuring continued growth in this buoyant sector.Ö
